Nothing on the NL website so have emailed them. I went in 2019 and asked them to let me know if it was happening again…..

A rider 4 bikes in front of me hit a goose, he stayed on, but a rider behind him dropped their bike. I had a whole gaggle of geese walk out in front of me, luckily I just managed to miss them. The crazy birds aren't aware of any danger.
