I know there have been some rumours, but has anyone seen any more tidbits, spy pics etc? I'm hoping they will announce one at the upcoming show. Or changes to the S Multistrada? I suspect they will be moving away from Marzocchi suspension as the company has closed down?
Yes, that's my understanding. Chris did ask about the S model. I have a 2013 Skyhook version, and that is Sachs.
talked to my dealer who saw the new PP. The bike on the right will be the new PP with Ohlins (not active suspension) and a lot of carbon parts. Color scheme will be the same! Got a price from 27-28000 euro.
So getting this thread back on track guys n gals lol (BTW met Noble myself in Cumbria a few years back and rode with him from Newby Bridge upto Ullswater.) The Base model MTS DVT sits in SACHS springs. The S DVT Model sits on magic carpet dust squashed in by fairies in Bologna....it's true....I tell thee!! Hence the price :tearsofjoy:
Ross noble ditched his multi for a superduke anyway. I ruled out he could have more than one bike lol.
I would have like to seen a quickshifter fitted ! As in line with all other manufacturers, ducati are missing a trick here.
PP with proper exhaust/map that fills in the midrange hole and high-end Öhlins Mechatronics front and rear and I'm in: I so much prefer the feel of the Big O to the Sachs Skyhook that I've been putting off changing machines to see what comes along…
I've heard the new multistrada variant is all about knobbly tyres and longer travel suspension.....so my local dealership owner told me. He went to the dealer principle unveiling in sardinia recently
