Has anyone dealt with Jason Rix at PJ Engineering in Louth, about 13miles south of Grimsby in the East Midlands? I've been trying to get the guy to send me some replacement Carbon muffler tubes since October, a part which they list as in stock. When I email him he replies, maybe after a week or two but doesn't answer my questions, and is just generally obtuse. I've rung him, nice enough guy, but I'm just getting nowhere! Does anyone live near there, I'd gladly pay you for your time to go and grab them for me and freight them to NZ. This guy is seriously holding me up getting my 900SS special finished. Alternatively does anyone know who else makes replacement Carbon muffler tubes. Thanks in advance. Hamish
Hi Hamish, I bought a pair of carbon tubes for my Silmotor cans a couple of years ago from him, seemed ok at the time. I went and picked them up. They are about 70 miles from me. Keep on trying, Im sure he will sort you out, but he's a one man band, making exhausts etc, the fabrication work he was doing making stainless silencer components was first rate, I'd use him again. Is no one in NZ making carbon tubes?
Thanks Chewy Yeah, his quality looks first rate, hence I haven't pushed too hard. And no, no-one in NZ makes them at all. Nuts eh! =(
I'm surprised what has been said about PJ Engineering........I have recently purchased carbn tube, straps and packing from Jason in two orders......No problem with supply, delivery or advice. AL

Louth is just down the road from me. I can swing by on my way home if needed. Not sure how they would pack or how much it would cost to send to NZ.
