Hey all, on my newly aquired 900 Senna the clutch lever plunger is a bodged bit of bokt as clearly its been damaged or lost. You cannot get this seperately as far as I can see, can anyone help me on this? The levers were non standard and I ordered a cheap set of short ones off fleabay, they dont come with the pivot and plunger. Hope this makes sense. I can put up a pic if it helps.

Yep, thats exactly it! its the two small parts I need. It looks like Im going to have to make one on the lathe, I was hoping that I could get it seperately but its only available as part of the lever set.
I Bought aftermarket levers and couldnt get the pins out and the slots were chewed. found these after a bit of googling. not cheap but the right part! AF1 Racing : Aprilia Parts and Accessories: AF1 Racing Push Rod Adjuster for Clutch Levers -
Not hard to make though are they? The large diameter pivot piece is surely the same size as a clutch or brake cable nipple. But a length of shank of a large diameter stainless bolt would be about right, and so would a shank from a smaller bolt.....stick it in an electric drill and go to work with a hacksaw blade and some small files.......
