Thought I'd give a shout out for this stuff, I already use their liquid resin polish but their high gloss liquid stuff is crap (white bottle gold lettering)... Having used Poorboys nattys paste for years that's what I always went with as a top wax... Last weekend a mate gave me a tub of this Autoglym High Definition wax.... Simply the best wax I have ever used... Leaves a very thick layer that covers swirls & light scratches really well.... My fairing / Tank literally look brand new..... Great stuff!!
I'm very pleased with gtechnic, the p1/2 removes the swirls, I than apply a c1 coating and It will last for the whole season. Easy to remove dirt and flies. There c4 permanent trim restorer is great, apply it once every start of the season and it remains black, without the cheap gloss that other brands provide. Really great stuff.
If you like the HD wax then get yourself the Express Wax for inbetween maintenance. Can be used wet or dry.
Tried this stuff the weekend and its ace! Used the autoglym shampoo/conditioner first and finished off with the HD wax, the pani looks amazing now, good shout from hutch on this stuff!
Also for the black plastic I gave Turtle Wax Black In a Flash gloss spray a try for the black plastics and this stuff is pretty good. Its gives the plastic a lovely shine, like new. If you are going to use it though i would put this stuff on after you have just dried the bike and then wax after as you can get a little of the spray onto the paintwork, saves having to buff again. Finally last tip i picked up from another thread on here, WD40 on the rear wheel to get the muck off. Those three tips i've picked up from here have been great, so if you are new like me, try those 3 products out and you will have brand new looking duke after every wash
Don't risk overspraying onto your paintwork, or WD onto your tyre tread or disc, always spray onto the cloth and apply it from there
I use Mer shampoo, clay mitt, towel dry, wax and then polish on my car. On the bike shampoo, dry and polish with Autoglym. Yorkie
