  1. Wow. What racing! Love how Toprak seems to think only reason Bautista is winning is because he’s got a faster bike. Bautista braking is incredible, at times his entry speed is catching Toprak. The commentary is hilarious: it’s all about how fast that bike is…except Ronaldo and the others aren’t getting 5 bike lengths like B is…..

A hand of the cup….already supersport done too…

Poor Rea, better days at the office with two crashes of his own making.

  2. Totally agree with that - ridiculously tight racing at the front and agree, if it was that easy due to the “unfair advantage” of drive out of the corners and speed from the V4R, where’s Rinaldi been?

  3. Drives me nuts when the commentators say it’s ‘unfair’. To be unfair he would have to be cheating, which (as far as I know), he isn’t?

  4. Love how Bautista is giving it as hard as he gets. Real balls and skill in equal measure.

  5. I didn't like him overtaking Mr Fogarty's total race wins, but hey ho that's what records are about to be broken by the next generation coming through the field.
Also better racing than Motogp with those two lads pushing each other to and over the limit.

  6. There’s a fairly valid argument that, due to the post 19 3 race format, stats should be compiled based on win percentages, in order to make the comparisons to the old format more meaningful

  7. With no hesitation King Carl's racing period was better and means more for the fans in my opinion.

  8. Yep you can’t compare imho. Bit like Ago and other who used to race 2 or 3 classes a weekend and all add to a big number.

  9. Hard to deny even for the biggest ducati fanboy that Toprak wont be the people's champion at the end of the season.

  10. the Panigale V4 WSB bike is by far the best bike on the grid and it adheres to all the rules even when they add extra rules because its so good. That's the whole point of working to rules to get the best out of them use them to your advantage.
Bautista has proven to be one of the very best WSB riders ever. He also works to the rules that are there. He is also very clever in how he uses the advantages of his package, just like Toprak uses all the advantages of his package, its just him and his package is not as good as Bautista and his.

Don't forget Foggy was also making the most of himself and his package ......... including having a 25% CC advantage over the majority of the field.:punch:

  11. Have to say I disagree with most of that! If Bautista was so great he certainly didn’t show it on the Honda did he, Look at what Toprak did on the Kawasaki! They’re both great riders and it’s not Bautistas fault that he’s on the V4r, it’s for Yamaha to improve their bike but look at what Toprak does week in week out! He is a heartbeat away from crashing at every turn yet he hardly ever does! I firmly believe any other rider pushing like that would spend most of the time in the medical centre and that includes Bautista! For me Toprak is hands down the most talented rider on that grid by a stretch! Just my opinion

  12. Was certainly heartbreaking watching him put in so much effort, only to be outdragged to the line on practically every lap.
