Off on a touring trip tomorrow, night in Aberystwyth, then off up to Harlech & Conwy I’ve a poverty spec 2015 multi, I’ll be carrying a pillion, two full panniers, hair straighteners, hair dryer etc etc, the usual ! & a pretty filled to capacity top box 18mm is the standard setting, where it is (approx ) in the attached picture I’m looking to stiffen the rear suspension for obvious reasons, what would be a starting point ?
Given how soft the std spring is.....I'd wind it all the way in with that load...better to feel its to harsh than bottom the suspension out constantly
