Bit disappointed by these people yesterday I rang up & ordered a light tint airflow screen for my bike yesterday. Quoted 49.95 with free post. I said what about my 10% discount for Forum members he said that included it. And I quoted that I could by it for that price off eBay for the same screen with free post. So not really a true statement 10% for members. To which he didn't give a toss ! To add injury to insult I asked if it would posted that day his reply was probably not As the orders had been picked for that day already it was 13.20 hrs !!! Ffs I received a generated email today saying I'd get it on Thursday By contrast I order a Dainese product from Spain on Saturday I got it today. I think our customer service is getting worse In this country !
You got those kind of replies but yet you still bought it from them anyway? I would have went elsewhere.
I'd already paid for it when i discussed the delivery, ! I'd just fully expected next day delivery. I just think as they advertise on the forum they should make a bloody effort !?!? More smoke & mirrors !
I had a similar experience with Proskins. Ordered a top direct from their website last Wednesday paying £4.40 for postage hoping to get it for the weekend. There was a discount code on the website which took about £6 off so I went with them rather than Infinity who were a couple of quid cheaper but with free next day delivery. The top turned up yesterday (Wednesday) having been posted on Monday. It's just poor service. Businesses have a great opportunity selling on the Internet to keep their costs way down but the customer experience is so often poor. Why should it take a week to come direct from the manufacturer? I'm sure all they had to do was pick, pack and post but it took 4 working days to do that then it was posted 2nd class. Infinity will get my business next time as they are spot on locally and very good online too in my experience.
