749 Power Commander

  1. Anyone ever fitted one of these in a different different position than recommended? Seems a really stupid place. ( on the side of the battery) I'm especially concerned as I'm racing my bike and must plan for the odd spill.

  2. Mine on my 916 is under the seat by the ecu.

  3. Stock position is crap. Extend the earth lead and mount it were you want. Mine is cable tied to the frame above the battery box.

  4. if you are racing, why have a power commander at all. get the ecu reprogrammed and save the weight!

  5. Yeah I moved mine to the right side where there is more room.

  6. On top is where I really want to put it. I'm going to try to put it i front of the tank. That's if I can make it fit. On the side / s is just such a bad idea

  7. Put it here. I made an smal bracket plate which uses the Original frame fixing points.
