I've had the 999 in for a tps reset. Got it back yesterday and the bike is running much better without the Power Commander connected. Most noticeably smoother at the bottom end as I'm not having to feather the clutch at town speed. Difficult to tell if the top end is much better or not, but the throttle response feels a bit more crisp So my question is...if it ain't broke don't fix it? Or plug it in and get it remapped?
I had a problem with my ecu - ignition coil drivers - got it flashed and didn't put the power commander back on. Weight saving too!!
