When something is done well I think it deserves some praise. After completing all my winter work, tyres change etc I decided to start the 1199 up. The dreaded "Engine!" warning light came up on the dash and it sounded a bit lumpy when I started it. Ducati Leeds came and collected it, diagnosed the fault as a MAP sensor, replaced it and delivered it back to me within 24hrs. All for £82, that's what I call service!
They serviced my Desmo a couple of years back as my local dealer didn't do them. They were spot on. They let me into the workshop and watch the service rather than walk around the shops for a few hours and the mechanic came in on a Saturday especially to do it as it was the only day I could make it.
