Just a small post to say that, after watching a few videos on YouTube, I added some sag to my 1299S (it had zero) and it has transformed the bike .... I'm in Ireland where the roads are probably worse than the UK so maybe more helpful here - but even still, well worth having a look at it if you haven't already and a very easy adjustment to make
That's exactly what I did. I used the Dave Moss stuff online. Sorry probably should have said that. The main adjustment was the sag, the rest seemed quite minimal - but, yes, maybe I am underestimating how important it all works together.
