Hi, Ummm, well, as per the title really! I'm after a replacement shock for my elderly Monster, and wondered if I wanted a standard linear or a progressive rate Spring? I understand the physics involved (well, I think I do!) but I'm unsure how this would affect me and which would be more suitable. It's a M900, 1993, road use only with no pillion and a tubby (15 stone) pilot. Thanks all!
