  1. Hello, now I am officially a Ducati owner I thought I'd post a proper introduction. I had posted a cheeky thread about my intended purchase of a 996SPS and a BIG thank you to all the people that helped out with usefull tip and advise on what to look out for when going to view the bike. Well this Saturday I took delivery and went to pick up the steed :)

So I am 29 from Kent and have had a few bikes up to now. First bike was a Suzuki TS50, then a CB250, CBR600, DRZ400SM. They after saving for what felt like an age I managed to buy my first new bike and got a Triumph Street Triple R:

She was my pride an joy and gave me huge smiles as well as helping herself to the contents of my wallet lol. I spent a fair bit on the old girl. I sold her just before Christmas because I felt like it was time for a change and because next year I wanted to take part in the Track Day Trophy and spend more time on track, earlier in the year I had brough a 2004 R6 for the track:

the plan was not to have a road bike for this year....Errm that lasted about 4 weeks haha. So now I have got one of my dream bikes and I feel very lucky, who knows what tomorrow is going to bring lifes to short that's what I say:
