Quad Lock Mounting Spot Ideas?

  1. Hi all, I spend a small fortune on my Quad Lock which worked a treat on my old GSXR, fitting snuggly into the headstock but of course, on my 900SS, the breather tube uses that spot.

it’s a bit of a cramped cockpit and I can’t work out where it would go so any experience or pictures of your setups would be greatly appreciated.

  2. If the clip ons are hollow then you can get a expanding bar end RAM mount and should then be able to get it over the yoke.

  3. I never used that hole to fit the breather hose. Why don’t you place it elsewhere and free up that hole? It’s not like it must be in there… just a simple thought.

  4. Not sure what your tank looks like, or how you ride but I bought a Ram mount that used the Tank cap ring mounting screws. I then added a (choose your length) extender to move it forward at the angle I liked and connected it.
    I had a Monster 1200s

If I can find pics or a link I will post them

    on edit...
looks like these specific ones are not available, but you can find them elsewhere I am sure

  5. With my height and riding position it was just below the Ducati screen in my vision.

  6. Thanks for all the tips chaps. I’ve gone with fitting in the hollow clip on. Here are a couple of pictures

  7. That's clever, I mounted mine beside the grip on the left, it's tight for space
