Quartararo Signs New Two-year Deal With Yamaha

They must have made some big promises

 

Promises must include a V4 engine soon, like for next year.

 

If he bags another championship why change teams / equipment for the sake of it.

 

Cos he’s currently getting his arse slapped by aleix ?
Gonna have his work cut out today that’s for sure

 

An Aprilia in Yamaha colours?

 

With his torso always exposed perhaps he might like that.

 

Yamaha have done well to keep him. He is riding way above all the others level at the moment.
At Le Mans it was clear the bike was no match for the Ducati or Aprilia in the power and speed stakes.
V4 engine? Maybe, but that would be starting from scratch. No guarantee they would/will be any further forward. More power needs better electronics, tyre management and development time to get it all working together.

I would love to see what he could do on one of the Italian bikes, so pleased and disappointed in equal measure with the new deal.
