Anyone know where I can get quick release fuel line connectors from suitable for the 748, preferably from the UK? I’ve been looking at hydraulic fitting but I’m not sure if the seals will withstand the fuel. Also out of interest what pressure does the pump run at?
I know it's not UK, but I got a set of these and they're really good quality. IIRC the price for one from Ducati was around £40! Ducati MV Agusta Triumph Metal Fuel Fittings 2 pieces | eBay
Thanks nelson, but I should have said that I need the ones that an 8mm hose can be fitted to both ends as I don’t have the original fitting in my tank anymore. like these, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Quick-Rel...pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts_13&hash=item51b4f45d54
I see. Don't use the ones you have listed as they wont take the pressure....I know... I think your only other option is the CPC ones ~£40. MOTORCYCLE QUICK RELEASE FUEL LINE COUPLER KIT STRAIGHT | eBay

Any good ??Bike-It Quick Release Fuel Line Coupler - Demon Tweeks sorry no good just spotted "not suitable for fuel iinjection" http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motor...s/jiffy-tite-quick-connect-dry-break-fittings http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f41/quick-release-fuel-line-connector-14357/
Plus one for Tom Parker. Good people to deal with from what I have had to do with them. Fuel pressure is down to what regulator you use, the stock one is quite low and Ducati Corse did produce a modified one at one time. They are made by Weber and probably a generic item.
Stock fuel pressure is 3bar on pretty much everything. As mentioned, there was a higher pressure RS unit, but it's doubtful you'll be on one of those.
