Hi there. I recently bought a standard 950 and decided I want the quickshifter. I’ve found quite a few on eBay at reasonable prices. My question is, will I be able to install the quickshifter myself? Is it a complicate process? Thanks in advance.
Not sure how complicated to fit yourself. Had mine fitted by the dealer.Is it vastly more cost effective to do this yourself?
Having watched the installation of the quickshifter myself, I can confirm it's relatively easy BUT you would need to go to the dealer to activate the quickshifter (That's what I was told, not sure about that part). The installation itself is simple, just plug and play. There is a female connector waiting so you just have to plug it in.
