Hi there I'm in the process of fitting a lower radiator, it doesn't fit as the core is too thick.its a rezo part which I guess is Chinese, but from I read on here,they seem OK.Has anyone had similar issues. Thanks Ian
Come across several different issues, with pattern rads across different bikes. Some are definitely better than others. Looking at that fitment, you’re going to have to either add spacers to the mounts to gain clearance but I think you’ll still have a problem with the lower peg mounting, or cut the radiator shroud to clear the rad. You don’t want it touching at all else the plastic will wear the rad.
what was the issue with the old one? i swapped to a mixed Oil and water lower rad and my upper temps issues have dropped massively. after flushing the standard rad the amount of scale that came out was shocking..
It was leaking coolant from the corner,only noticed it because I was doing the cam cover gasket, because it was leaking oil,
