Radiators

  1. has anyone had any experience of non oem radiators. My radiator on my zx6r 2001 I think is past it as lots of corrosion and fins knackered. Looking on eBay there are some chinese ones for 80 of a delkevic I think it is for 140

    Thanks

  2. Have you got a price of an OEM one? if not Delkevic are very good :upyeah:

  3. Thanks. £540 for Kawasaki. Delkevic one was 140 I think on eBay and a chinese one was 80

  4. eeeek!!Go for the Delkevic, sold a few of them when I worked in Motorcycle trade, customers very pleased :upyeah:

  5. Thanks. Any different from chinese ones do you think?

  6. To be honest, you get what you pay for....I know the Chinese stuff is getting better and better, but for peace of mind I'd go for the Delkevic,it's a better known make.

  7. Ok thanks. I'm tempted to take a punt on the chinese one but like you say the delkevic is safer bet

  8. Deffo :upyeah:

  9. I know, there's quite a few out there around that price but no reviews anywhere that I can find.

  10. Unless you go down the route of used on Ebay??

  11. Been looking but don't look much better than mine

  12. I bought a 1098 Chinese one for 80 quid. A replacement from Ducati was 670 or so. In the end I went for a exchange/repair with Ducati Lincoln for 200. I'll keep my Chinese lovely bubble wrapped as a spare for overseas trackdays. The build and quality BTW seem fine...

  13. Thanks good to know. Where did you buy it?

  14. E vil Bay.

  15. Which seller?

  16. Sorry can't remember. But spoke to a Ducati engine builder and he told me he'd used about 6 with no come back. Worth a try. Remember, its a static water vessel. Nothing more, nothing less.

  17. Thanks. Was thinking much the same
