999 Rag On Vertical Cylinder

  1. Hey this was under the tank on the vertical cylinder.

    It's filthy, got holes and the insides are falling out like it had a vindaloo last night.

    What is it? And do I need it? I assume it's a heat cover of some sort.

  5. Looks like the sound deadening from between the tank and the air box.
    Also looks like unwanted weight. Bin it!
