I have an M 1100s and want to change the standard bar position to a sit up and beg position , has any one done this? is there a kit that you would recommend? keeping in mind that the ABS breaks feed wire would possibly need to be longer
I got a riser on my 696 from eBay and one of the best changes I have made for king days and control. I didn't have to make any changes to the cables for it so might be worth checking how much you can move it without changes.
Yep raised 30mm, much better now, not hunched over so much the cables only just reached though, my daughters boyfriend works for an engineering company and he made me a one piece stainless bar.
