After any advice tips for fitting Ducati performance oil rad guard as after following online instructions regards removing splash guard and bolts from rad holder radiator will still not move enough to get zip ties thro, Any help much appreciated.
Get a strong piece of wire thin enough to push behind radiator. Tie a decent loop in one end. Feed loop behind radiator to roughly where the zip tie will come out the back of the radiator. Feed zip tie through radiator. Tug on wire and you should feel if you have caught the zip tie. Keep feeding tie through and pull wire loop from back of radiator. It should pull the tie through for you. Hope this makes sense and works for you, it worked for me.
Just as an opinion , I change the Ducati one for the Evotech Oil and Rad Guards as they offer huge protection in this area. IMHO
Thanks for that was thinking along them lines but then found a small hook in my tool box that allowed me to just catch the ends and pull round.
Does look good the only reason I stuck with the Ducati ones in the end was I’m fitting the fog lights at same time and realised the EP ones use the same fixings but will still definitely go that route in future as the quality loooks far superior aswell as the protection.
I have a set of the SW Motech, but sadly not the fixing bracket, so if anyone bizarrely has @ bracket gathering dust please let me know.

Was thinking after a Quick Look on eBay I had seen them cheaper somewhere after you’d posted earlier pics and like you said always good quality from them.
For me quality is the best option , have used Evotech for years and never had issues , cheap is cheap like tools . I always smile that folks buy a 20K plus bike and then adorn it with cheap rubbish . Buy British support our Island.
Ive got the Evotech set too........Stunning kit and not too dificult to fit, even with the fog lights. Evotech tailtidy next for me
Agree they do look well.would not recommend the Ducati performance set can’t believe what a pain they are to fit compared to others.
