Rear Axle Sliders With Bobbins

  1. As the thread goes I'm looking for a set of axle sliders that have bobbin attachments so I can use paddock stand at the rear of the swing arms, this is for one of my other non Ducati bikes, the current position for the bobbins is too far forward and not easy to pick up on, but have seen some that attach to the slider/adjustor blocks any suppliers would be greatly appreciated something like the photo

  2. On my 900SS it has a hollow axle. I cut a length of stainless steel bar to length, threaded the ends, and fitted the bobbins on there. Works a treat but youll need a hollow axle.

  3. My 999 came with RG axle sliders, which are attached to a threaded rod that goes through the centre of the hollow axle.
I use these as bobbins and have had no problems.

  4. Need something like in the picture above if not will try these from evotech as the axle has a large split pin one end

  5. Not knowing what bike it's for, all i could suggest is places like Demon Tweeks, M&P accessories, maybe Bike Torque Racing or Ebay.
The only manufacturer I can think of is Lightech.
    Hope you find something suitable.

  6. It's for a ZZR1400 the current position for bobbins is about 6 inches up the trailing arms and not easy to use, that lightech company looks to be good thanks for that
