Hi all what would be the rear pad of choice for my 1200s. I normally ride two up so use a fair amount of rear brake.
Fitted Brembo SA to both front and rear of my 1260s. I'm happy with performance and longevity so far, that's a couple of years and about 8,000 miles later.
I have EBC sintered pads front and back and they are excellent. In particular, the rear brake now has real bight.
Just fitted SBS Street Performance (sintered) to my 1260. I’ve used SBS on all my bikes for the last 10 years or so, commuting, fun and track. I prefer SBS to Brembo personally (most of the bikes I’ve had were fitted with Brembo when I got them). To me, they have a more positive initial bite that makes it easier to gauge lever pressure required……definitely a personal preference thing though
