Does anyone know how to remove the black pad from the rear seat cowl? It looks like its bonded on? Other than a hammer and chisel of course?
I've just had my seat re-covered and want to cover that pad with carbon effect material to match aaand I think I'll get it embroidered with 1199. The whole lot will not only look much better but it'll be far more comfortable too. Fair question though.
nope. worried about damaging it. No fixings on the back. Looks like its bonded to me but if anyone knows I'd appreciate it.
Just looked at the one I have and I think it is just a case of tearing it off, maybe use a flat blade from underneath.
Had the same issue on my 1098S - it was bonded on so used a bit of heat (hair drier) and flat blade. Guess the Pani is similar.
