  4. FTR Suspension.... took off the shock, sent it to them and they serviced it.
It was a few years ago... come to think of it .... it was the ohlins one, so the model before... but I'm sure the same applies.

  5. Just take your bike to any of the recommended suspension companies in this site and get it sorted. The search function is your friend.

  6. The forum search function? :astonished::rolleyes:

  7. yep done the search ,always nice to get direct info from fellow riders tho , was surprised that it couldn't handle the weight ,enjoying the bike so a upgraded spring is likely , did they beef it up on later models ?

  8. Not really.
The springing on the current 1260 pp is fine for you’re average weight rider, in fact you could argue it’s perfect. At 15 stone in gear mine is set at full preload front and back. Problem is if you want to carry a pillion, luggage or both at pace, then springs would most probably have to be uprated. So mine is set for “spirited riding”, I guess if you weren’t going to ride it like a sports bike you could run with increased sag levels. Having said that I’m not sure why a PP would be purchased over an “S” etc if you weren’t going to play with it’s capability :imp:

  9. cool so pp have a softer spring compared to other models ?

  10. Nope. Sorry to say They’re all soft.
Take any standard multi and back the preload right off. Soft as ........

  11. Test riders must be about 6 stone wet though :joy:
