Also probably been discussed before but here goes. rearsets.... obviously looks matter and I accept everyone will have different views, so my query is regarding the position of the pegs (and yes i know most are adjustable) I was wondering what difference there was with different makes, mainly looking at Rizoma, Sato or Woodcraft, I am drawn towards the woodcraft but cannot find a picture that really shows how much higher or further back they are compared to standard. I am also liking the look of the woodcraft clutch cover as the other open ones I have seen look like they will allow, stones or possibly small cats into the basket, so thinking of a single order from the US unless anyone knows of a UK stockist for Woodcraft products? or of course a better looking set of rearsets than any mentioned by me.
Bike Torque Racing - Performance Motorcycle Parts Specialists - AFAM, Brembo Racing, Grimeca, Pipercross, PMS, Nikko Racing, Surflex, Machesini they sell woodcraft. Talked to them in nec seem helpful but I haven't bought anything off them.
I am interested in this getting some rear sets also. I have rubbed away at my current stock clutch cover which I'm not too happy about. I was looking on google and couldn't find any rearsets which people have put on the hyper into standard bolts keeping the rear passenger peg triangular mount thing.... If you find any that fit and can be fitted to the bike easily could you let me know please? Thanks
mine had Rizoma rear pegs fitted when I brought it instead of the usual one that bolts to the standard rider controls, don't think any of the rearsets will allow you to retain the rear pegs, but the rizoma ones do the trick if you intend to carry a pillion.
this is shot of her before the woodcraft cover which shows the rizoma rear pegs, still with the standard rider controls which are due to go soon. they bolt onto the rear subframe so they do not interfere with the rider controls. exhaust is a full SC project and she has a Wasp PUK as well.
The rear pegs look tidy, have you not got rearsets for the front pegs? I bet that SC exhaust sounds amazing! Bike looks great!
Thanks I like her. As for rearsets,no not yet, only had her a couple of weeks, and am unsure how radical to go, I like the woodcraft ones but I think they may be too high and back for me as I am 6'2" the Sato are nice but rather expensive which sort of leaves the rizoma ones which are probably going to be the winner, once funds allow.
has anyone sourced a set of rear sets for their hyper? At a reasonable price? Or what mods have needed to be done to make them work?
Anyone had a look at these rearsets or have them? DUCATI HYPERMOTARD MULTISTRADA 620 796 1100 pedane arretrate regolabili rearsets | eBay
