  1. Yes i did get one, but I used it with a new Oberon Slave that I just could not get to work, after 8 tries. I got an MPL unit on without fuss and also bled the ST with no issues. Just trying to make things easy !"

  2. I think that the problem with any of the suction type bleeders is that unless the threads on the bleed nipple have a perfect seal, you'll always get at least some ingress of air into the bleed tube meaning you can't be certain you've got all the air out. I use a mityvac type then remove it and do the last few pumps old school style.

  3. For the car I used a pressure bleeder and it worked really well... however to use them on a bike you need a different cap that will fit the bikes reservoir :( Does anyone know where they can be bought from ?

  4. Just buy a pattern part equivalent and drill a hole in it for the pressure fitting.

  5. I’ve had good results with something as simple as this. Just keep pumping fluid through and topping the reservoir as you go :)

  6. TBH never had an issue until this bloody Oberon. I think a Pneumatic may be over kill TBH

  7. Johnny, just a thought, but did a pushrod spacer come with the Oberon as they used to due to the two different pushrod lengths made......

  8. Yes it did, after 4 tries i added that and it frigged things up even more. Saw a method on youtube when the guy pre-fills the slave then fits it loose and pumps it a bit. i may try that..after that the flipping thing shall be in the bin !

  9. bonne chance !!

  10. I fitted an Oberon to my mts yesterday and prefilled it prior to securing it. That way, I could tilt it and get rid of all the bubbles in it. Worked first time…give it a go
