Can anyone recommend a decent handlebar mount for an iphone4 please. I have just bought 2 from Amazon and ebay but they were not fit for purpose. The one that was advertised as being a waterproof case with access ports for the charging cable arrived with no access ports whatsover, and the other clamp type, which was advertised as being suitable for an iphone clearly wasn't and was useless. Any help appreciated.
Iv'e looked at the Tigra stuff, nothing advertised as being suitable for an iphone4 though, everything is for a 5 or above! Spent hours searching the stuff on ebay and Amazon with no success. I think I might Gaffa tape it to the tank if I don't find anything, I least I know it wont fall off!

Ring them. Very helpful and know their stuff. Are you sure a 5 mount won't fit a 4? That one looks as though it's all too easy for the phone to jump out. Alternative is the waterproof universal type with a zip and plastic screen. Loads of them on eBay and cheap as chips
Ultimate addons. Had one fur years and never let me down. Mate used if every day on his bike. Also do good power solutions.
Sam I did phone them, they suggested I look in the accessory section of the site and then choose the iphone4 category, which is something I had failed to do. I agree with the concern about the bugger jumping out of the cradle, however it's designed specifically for the 4, so I am hoping it will be reasonably secure. In comparison to the cheapo stuff which can be bought on ebay for under a fiver it looks like it will do the job for me. I have the cheapo joke thing I bought via ebay in front of me now, it's a joke, looks like it came from a christmas cracker, but the seller has agreed to reimburse me after my complaints. Still interested in other recommendations, keep em coming. Have a look at Twistyride.com as i hadnt heard of them before. My mate had one fitted to his KTM for our Norwegian trip this year and his iphone 6 was bone dry despite repeated drownings in heavy rain riding. He could access the menus through the holder well and despite being a very fussy git when it comes tokit he raved about it I even put my iphone 5 in his case to charge up as we were riding a few times and its on my list as an addition to my own bike now They are currently selling their iphone 4 kit at 20 quid off the retail price they charge for the newer iphone kits iPhone Motorcycle Mount | Waterproof Case | iPhones
Thanks for that Bigyin. Looks like a good piece of kit, albeit expensive. I went ahead and got the one from Buybits.com, not waterproof but I rarely ride in the rain, works very well.
