Hi All, I need to drop the forks out of my Scrambler Cafe Racer. I think the best option is probably a paddock stand that lifts the bike from underneath the bottom yoke. Rather than buying blind, csn anyone plesse recommend a good system? Cheers, Bob
Most are very flimsy. Liable to collapse. What does ducati sell ? My hypermotard wobbles like crazy on cheapo ebay rubbish made in China. Unfortunately they've killed all the stone ones that cost more. ( that is with using a ducati performance rear stand )
When I had the forks off my Classic to fit Andreani cartridges I used a front lift attachment with my Abba stand. It uses a strap around the swinging arm to pull the back end down and raise the front wheel off the ground.
I've got an abba stand. It does take quite a time to get everything to my satisfaction. I'd hate to see my pride and joy fall off..... I think he wanted a quick paddock stand for the front wheel. Not the free caboodle....my 1989 900ss on the abba today
