Recycling bins

  1. Are bloody dangerous!

    Almost got taken out by one of the green paper bins yesterday. I was closing in a lorry along a fast open country road readying for an overtake and from out of nowhere this empty paper recycling tub came whizzing around the lorry, curling up in the air towards me in the wake of its slipstream.

    I was doing about 60 (ahem) and just managed to move right enough for it to pass me on the left. It clipped my fairing ever so lightly. No damage just a few streaks that rubbed off (and the fairing cleaned up too!), but those things are a menace! Slightest bit of wind and they're all over the road.

  6. I can't see the binafit of all this recycling. It's wheelie bin annoying me lately all the green food bins laying around.

  16. Sorry about this, not a pun and not on the joke page (sorry Matt).

    The bin man goes to collect the trash from the back of the chinese take away but can't find the bin so he knocks and asks the owner

    "Where's you bin?"
    "I bin on phone!"
    "No...Where's your wheelie bin?"


    "OK...I weely been havin wank!"
