Haven't even bothered to paint the luggage and that red one on their site looks like a photoshopped picture of a grey one.
That Red GT with black luggage does look a bit drab doesn't it. They must be reducing the price with those savings..... The Configurator doesn't load the GT so can't really see much detail. I note the 1200 base is a wopping 21kgs lighter though which you really can feel.
....As I say disappointing! The GT should be exclusive with exclusive touches. The present 13model GT does this. They introduced the Red which is fine but it's been done with the brief of 'no extra cost'! The belly pan and rear pillion hangers are silver just like they were in 2010, pans are the same. Difficult to distinguish differences from the base model! The pikes peak has it's own colour scheme, red frame and white strip etc. Surely they could do more!:redface:
