Not good for me then , every one I’ve seen recently is in worst nick than what’s on it already , when o wasn’t looking I used to see loads
Bought a new red one from Ducati last year for my 748. Compared to £200+ for one that needs painting / never arrives / turns out to be “just a bit cracked”... bargain and flawless.
on the plus side, the detail and accuracy of the Chinese copies are getting better and better apparently, and are becoming more and more appealing!
It was a good price, I was having some other work done at the time and I get 10% discount because I bought a bike. So I'll just say it was a good price. Worth checking with your friendly local dealer.
Doesn't matter how good they are, unless you've got the originals tucked away somewhere. My 748 had a Chinese kit on it (Infostrada) and it wasn't bad, but the paint and decoration let it down... it looked a bit... like it was printed onto the fairing rather than painted on, fonts weren't right etc. If you've a good connection though I'd love a link.
