Annoyingly I have done this, and now have the thread left in the hole where my rad mounts. Seen a few different tool sets around for this, does anyone recommend one in particular? Thanks.
I usually have success with just using LH drill bits after soaking with penetrating fluid- after a couple of size drills have been through it usually grabs and spins out the remaining bolt If it’s not a blind hole , regular drill bits also work
