I have just started the rebuild of my 750ss ie and have been attempting to remove said bush and seal. Tried an internal bearing puller but no success (it is a cheap one) So after a bit of thinking i came up with solution. Screw a nut to the head of an m20 bolt and cut a slot with an angle grinder, widen the slot with a cold chisel and then using a vice on the cut end of the bolt close the slot. With suitable washers on bolt screw into bush, the bolt cuts into the bush and can then be pulled out by tightening the nut onto the washers acting on the clutch case. The bush came out complete with oil seal and no damage to case. The pictures show how the bolt has a taper which allows you to 'start' the bolt in the bush but because of the slot will not exert enough pressure to cut through bush and damage case. I'am sure someone has thought of this before but hope my ramblings might be of interest to someone. Best wishes everyone. Philip.
