Restoration anyone? (860 GTS in Shropshire)

  2. Looks like most of that is just grim thats built up over the years. Could be nice, but could also cost alot of money to get there
     
  3. I had a blue and silver 860GTS in the late 70's lovely bike.They are very rare today and parts are pretty unobtanium. It would cost a lot to get thet one back to its former glory.
     
  4. Looks grim and that it'll need a lot of time, money and effort throwing at it. I wish, whoever takes it on, a heap of luck :smile:

  6. I think I am getting old as I kind off like it.
     
  7. Thats a 'spares only' job really, cost way too much to make it worthwhile as a rebuild.
     
  8. there's not enough written information or clear enough pictures to prohibit a restoration as far as I can see. I don't think it's as bad as it looks and it will be all down to the engine condition as to how expensive it will be. (MOO)
