Well some of you might remember from the old site I was working on a grade two listed building called Stoke Hall which was featured on Restoration Homes, well we are being revisited tonight, its on BBC 2 at 8pm. I am a self employed joiner and have been working on this renovation for three years now and it's just about finished, tonight I may have a small talking part, all the joinery from two sets of oak stairs, windows, umpteen doors, oak wardrobes, paneling and the general run of the mill joinery items have all been made in the on-site workshop by me and fitted with the help of another part time joiner. Steve
I love this programme and we are just about to start the total renovation of a Grade II listed building so I will watch with interest.

Great programme and you have all done a fantastic job on Stoke Hall. How much money must they have spent on that!!!! My "new" house is not quite as impressive as that one!
You didn't build that £10k desk did you Steve? £10k.... that'd be a nice big deposit on something from Bologna Good work though, excellent in fact.
Well I,v just been back to do a bookcase and saw the stairs I made and fitted earlier on in the project, polished and decorated now so I thought I would share with you. View attachment 12793 View attachment 12794 View attachment 12795 View attachment 12796
