I bought these last year, but only wore them once as they were a bit too big on me. Size large, probably a 32"-34" waist, but there is a stretch panels and adjustment straps at the waist Worked really well the time I wore them, they flows lots of air through, hip and knee armour, but obviously NOT waterproof!
