I managed to get my trusty Bajaj Pulsar 180 on Murdeshwar beach, Karnataka recently. Bit of a shaky video I'm afraid as I was riding one handed and holding my camera in the other, but you can get the idea. There are not that many places where one can ride along a beach, most of the problems being getting the bike onto the beach to begin with! In the far distance you can make out the majestic 40mtr high Shiva temple which you can get inside and walk around. I have been going to India in the winter for over 20 years, riding bikes in temperatures that are normally about 32'C is very pleasant relative to the cold English winter conditions. Brrrr Murdeshwar beach ride - YouTube This is the temple close up.
looking at that video, you have to be in south goa, just beautiful, cola beach is nice down the bottom, we stayed a night in a tent lol
Kev That was in Karnataka, about 100miles south out of Goa, down the N17. Saw the new Ducati dealership that you mentioned last year, but only from the road, Regrettably I was on a mission and couldn't stop for a look.
Yep....been there too mate, but not on the beach with a bike. Great to have you back in Blighty and look forward to seeing you soon.
