Best on the market imo, gives you piece of mind you get instant text if the bike moves an inch and a phone call, can also track 24/7 on you phone and check all your trips and speed etc. They do 1-3 year subscriptions. At one time (when I had mine installed 3 years ago) ownership was not transferrable and after a quick look on their website, I couldn't see anything to check if that has changed. Andy
Delved a bit further and it's ambiguous but you have to notify them of a change of ownership and there might be an administration charge. Best give them a ring. Andy
Yer just had a check, looks like you can just change the details on the online personal portal, but will give them a bell.

You can definitely transfer it. I bought mine used earlier this year. No admin charges ect. Just the annual subscription fee. Great bit of kit!!
