Love mine, probably the best bang per buck for a brand new bike for me.

 

They’ve got one in the Ktm Centre at Hemel and to fair it looks very good in the flesh.

 

I thought the track version was all sold out, they held a track day for owners a few weeks ago with Brad Binder and Dani Pedrosa.

The track version will be the closest thing to a race bike you can probably buy out of the box, not sure a road version is needed, but you can see KTM are starting to invest in faired/sportsbikes again.

It did, I’m sure canny dealers and collectors bought a few. I have a 790 scalpel and find the RC8 very appealing.

The owner did the track day with Ktm at Jerez before it was sent back to the factory for servicing. Ktm have then sent it to his dealer in the UK for him to collect.
