On longer journeys I suffer quite badly with muscle pain in my back, around the shoulder blades and up into neck and down my arms. I put this down to having to stretch forward to reach the bars. Having had Rox Risers on my old KTM a few years back I decided to find out if they have a model that fits my Multi V4S Sport, and they do. I've fitted them but not ridden it yet but they do feel much more comfortable and around 75mm nearer to me and a little higher. The good thing about these risers is the extent to which you can play with them to get the bars just right for you. They don't cause issues with cables etc but if you have a tank bag it will prevent you using the steering lock in the position I have. The tank bag used to hit the bars anyway before I installed the risers and is no big deal, I'll just remove it when I stop.
Rox risers are the best there is, due to the adjustability. I’ve not fitted them to mine, as it’s good as is, but if I needed risers I’d look no further.
