San Marino Gp

  1. Mir out injured after that horror high side, replaced by Watanabe who looks like he's about to enter a pie eating competition. Could be a long weekend for him.

  2. Three place grid penalty for Pecco for slowing on the racing line during fp1

  3. In other news, Jake D is top 3-5 in every session and putting a solid season together. While Sam justy flounders tbh, which is sad. I personally think that as soon as Jake gets that first win, he will win quite a few. I don't think that Moto2 will ever allow 1 rider to dominate, but I think Jake could win 4 or 5 GP's next year if he can get that first one this year.

  4. Some curse you put on him there :joy:

I do agree though. Been the highlight of the second part of the season so far.

Lots of ducatis on the first 4 rows tmrw 6/7 and the other is maverick who will be 14th by the first turn lol

    Hope it doesn’t rain.

  5. I thought the damp conditions made today brilliant. I’m hoping for same tomorrow.

  6. Yeh it was def exciting (even though ultimately dry,) I just like seeing these bikes run at full power especially on tight tracks like this where it looks like they’re stuck in second gear if/when it rains.

  7. What was Garcia up to there ffs? Should get a long lap in the next race imo.

  8. Frankie is showing his age. Good to see him there and still semi active. Legend!

  9. Well it's going to be very interesting next season with those two team mates.

  10. What a race thought maverick was going to win at one point purely to ram this ^^^ down my throat.

When did riders stop doing interviews on the grid? Have I only just noticed that?

And any news on Dixon? That looked a nasty one.

  11. Great to see him. Had no idea he had Parkinsons. Ever the ladies favourite when he was in his prime and I'll always remember him flouncing around Assen in his dressing gown, after his epic duel with Foggy on the last lap. Mega character and a great host, having been to one of his beach parties in Cattolica at WDW2000. Top bloke.

  12. He’s known as arrggghh lovely frankie in this house

  13. Dixon needs to fine tune his racecraft for next season or he'll end up like Sam Lowes, a nearly man.!, if Sam had won the his class two odd seasons ago, he would've been offered a motogp ride.

  14. Talking of lowes i heard him talk about coming back stronger "next year" yesterday.
Nothing nice to say about that so im not going to say anything.

  15. I think he's had his time in the spotlight, time for somebody new.

  16. According to Dixons twitter feed it was just “one of those days” so at least it doesn’t sound like anythings broken.

If there was a positive to take from yesterday, the highest of his likely rivals for 5th spot in the championship was Acosta who finished 6th, the likes of roberts and tony arbs further back.

  17. Im amazed Marc VDS are going through another season with him on board, they clearly have more patience (and spare farings) than i would. Its not like its a shit package that no one wants to ride either!

  18. SL was given a MotoGP ride by Gresini in 2017, a record of 8 retirements and 2 points scoring finishes (14th and 13th) in 18 rides. He hasn’t had the consistency to achieve a Moto 2 crown and sadly, IMO, is not likely to now. Andy

  19. What the hell was i doing in 2017 to miss all those disappointments.
