Excellent idea. People have died in ditches just meters from main roads, simply because they weren't visible from the road, and no one knew they were there.
I was thinking about device like that long time ago. Even made some enquiries as to have possible it would be to build. Not that hard but one problem when you crash and get badly injured (both hands broken or knocked out) who will press the button? That was the issue I had with idea. Only solution would be to auto activate each time you come off, big off or not like call star in US. Recently however I was thinking it would go nice with Dianese airbag jacket, if that goes off you do need help
