Was a fair result. England were much better than we were. They were 2 goals better, but I still think England are weak compared to other European teams. The England back 4 are dodgy and although Wiltshire is okay, he can be dispossessed easily and leave the defense exposed. I dont rate Wiltshire at all, unless a defensive midfielder plays behind him. A decent side would beat England easily. The French and Germans continue to stuff them at every oppurtunity. I wouldnt be celebrating too early after all, for all their 'promise' they are perennial underachievers. I know we are not a great team but at least our players try. The english players couldnt give a shit for their fans. I didnt like the booing of GStQ. How can you boo your own Queen? Morons. But thats football fans for you. Ours are no better or worse than others. I'd say that spurred the England team on so it backfired. It makes it look as if the Yes campaign is heading into republican territory. Its probably been pent up after all the disappointment they've served up over the years and will continue to serve up.
