  1. I've just been given a Scot oiler as a gift. Any ideal on where I can easily pick up the vacuum without making a permanent modifications?

  2. PM 998GSB he has one on his old nail. I'm sure he can help.

  3. Paul check out the Scott oiler website....they have a PDF for almost every bike. If we ever meet Again up I can show you on mine!

  4. fitted one to my 900ssie, there was a screw on one of the inlet manifolds, screw hole is used for vacuum gauges for tuning etc, removed screw and connected scotoiler

  6. hi ive just installed mine on my 1200mts there is a small connection on right hand side cylinder head/inlet manifold (looking from the rear of bike)there is a small brass threaded connector in your scotoiler box just screw this in and away you go ive routed mine so the oil cannister is situated behind the rear panel next to rear seat i have the manual controlled device and you only need to have the knob turned to the first little dot as the instructions in box will have oil all over the back end ive used these oilers on all sorts of sports bikes and would never ever use their set up for dropping oil onto chain hope this helps

  7. Here's the link to the Scottoiler installation guides - just click on your bike details and away you go :upyeah::

    Installation Guides

I fitted one to mine last year using the guide. Pretty straight forward, everything you need should be in the box and works fine although I'm now looking to fabricate a bracket to fit a dual injector.

    All the best, Mark H
