I fitted the Scottoiler E System to my 2010 Mutley when they first came out approx 2 years ago. All worked well. The control panel/head unit was mounted on the bike's yoke and the reservoir etc under rh seat trim panel - no problem. I went to the NEC bike show last year and was advised by Scottoiler to replace the control panel with the latest version with improved functionality/firmware etc. So I did this and found that the system would reset every time I started the bike! I re- connected the power lead directly to the bike's battery rather than via the accessory fuse board I've got fitted (Nippy Normans item and was working fine with the first version of the control panel) but it still resets! so now I have to keep initializing the Scottoiler (set oil res level, calibrate accelerometer, set flow rate etc) every time I start the bike! I contacted Scotoiler about this and they've now sent me a total of 3 new control panels but they all exhibit the same problem. Any one got any ideas (apart from asking for the old unit back!)?
