2 of 3 998 SFE i have, wear this inscription "L DALLIMONTE" under the saddle I am passionate about the Ducati 998, and I want to go to the Ducati factory with a 998 SFE with the inscription "L Dallimonte". I’m not as young as I can be, and before I stop the bike I want to mark the occasion by associating another owner of 998 SFE and matrix. I intend to gather the most motorcycle signed from this person, and create a buzz around this idea of travel. I intend to take a photo in the presence of this person and Mr Domenicali in front of the Ducati factory for the 30 years of the 916, so in 2024. For the moment I have listed 5 SFE and 1 matrix in France and therefore 2 SFE in England. I would like us all to make this trip to Italy by the road, notice to the amateurs
Again, so far, we’ve only found Luigi’s signature on 2004 bikes, with dates ranging from nov 2003 to feb 2004, if I remember correctly.
I've got that signature on my 04 plate 998 FE. There is a thread on here about this signature? I emailed Ducati UK asking about it, but no response.
