I'm thinking of popping down to Sussex Motorcycles near Brighton about 80 miles away , they upholster seats with elite memory foam and do it while you wait. Has anyone on this forum had there's done by this company and if so what are the results like. Martin
I had the seats in my VW T5 re-upholstered with memory foam but I cannot for the life of me remember whether it was by these guys or not!
I had my comfort seat re-done by them about 12 months ago, I had a comfort seat on my 2015 DVT and then put it onto the 2018 1260. It was a Touratech comfort seat and had become quite hard, seems the foam deteriorates over time and goes hard, it didn't get wet and had been in use in all weathers for almost 4 years. They removed the cover and put in new Memory foam then replaced the cover and it is now really good and comfortable again. Don't be put off by the location (an ex slurry tank) and the "mess" around the place, they do a good job and I would recommend them.
